Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the TNW Staffing & Transport portals at developertesting.online. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

The service

TNW provides software for non-medical transport and workforce staffing: client, driver, staff, and admin portals for dispatch, schedules, credentials, and billing. You must use a real email and keep login details confidential.

Accounts

• Portal access is for authorized clients, drivers, staff, and administrators.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or unpaid invoices.

SMS notifications

By providing a mobile number on your TNW account or profile and consenting to SMS, you agree to receive transactional texts from TNW about shift reminders, dispatch or job updates, staffing status, and account alerts. Frequency varies with operations. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to buy services or to keep a portal account. We do not send marketing blasts. Full SMS details are in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the portals, upload unlawful content, scrape the service, or interfere with other users. Dispatch and staffing data may include sensitive operational details — treat it as confidential.

Payments

Client billing, if enabled, is processed by our payment provider. Fees displayed in the portal apply. Failed payments may pause transport or staffing requests.

Disclaimer

Portals are provided “as is.” TNW is not a medical transport provider. We are not liable for delays, third-party carrier issues, or damages beyond fees paid in the prior three months, except where law forbids that limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after we post a change means you accept the new terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version.
