SMS Program

TNW Staffing & Transport (“TNW”) sends transactional SMS to portal users who add a mobile number and check the SMS consent box. This page is the public record of that program for carriers and end users.

Who sends and who receives

Sender is TNW Staffing & Transport. Recipients are registered clients, drivers, staff, and administrators on developertesting.online. We do not text the public. We do not send marketing or promotional blasts.

Why we text

Messages are account notifications about operations already in the portal: shift reminders, dispatch or job updates, staffing request status, and account alerts. Frequency follows those events (typically a few per week; more during active dispatch). Message and data rates may apply.

How you opt in

Sign in at https://developertesting.online/login.
Open your profile or account page (staff, driver, or an admin record) and enter a mobile number.
Check the SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default. The exact wording is shown below. Saving a new or changed number requires that check.

Consent is not required to create an account, keep an account, buy services, or stay employed. A blank phone still saves. Privacy Policy: https://developertesting.online/privacy. Terms of Service: https://developertesting.online/terms.

Reviewers: this is the live checkbox used on staff profile, driver account, and admin phone edits. It starts unchecked.

Sample messages

TNW: Shift starts soon. [Facility Name] · [Date] [Start Time]–[End Time]. Reply STOP to opt out.

TNW: Dispatch update. Route [Route ID] assigned for [Date] [Start Time]. Reply STOP to opt out.

TNW: Staffing update. Request [Request ID] is now [Status]. Reply STOP to opt out.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any TNW text. You get a confirmation and no further campaign messages unless you opt in again. An admin can also remove your number.

We do not sell mobile numbers or share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. Twilio delivers the texts on our behalf.
