TNW Staffing & Transport (“TNW,” “we,” “us”) operates the portals at developertesting.online for non-medical transport and workforce staffing. This policy describes how we handle personal information, including mobile numbers used for transactional SMS.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, role (client, driver, staff, admin), and password.
• Mobile number when you add it to a portal profile or driver/staff record so we can send operational SMS.
• Operational data: bookings, shifts, dispatch status, billing contacts, and documents you upload for compliance.
• Device and log data needed to run the site (IP, browser, session).

How we use it

We use this information to run the TNW portals: sign-in, dispatch, staffing, billing, and alerts.

SMS program

If you provide a mobile number and keep SMS notifications enabled on your account, TNW may send transactional texts about shift reminders, job or dispatch updates, staffing request status, and account alerts. Message frequency varies with operational events (typically a few per week; more during active dispatch). Message and data rates may apply.

• Opt-in: you provide a mobile number on your TNW account or staffing / driver profile and consent to operational SMS.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any TNW text. You can also ask an admin to remove your number. After STOP you will receive a confirmation and no further campaign messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP or email tnw@developertesting.online.

Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase, employment, or using the portal. We do not sell mobile numbers or share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use vendors to operate the product, including hosting, database, email, and SMS delivery (Twilio). Those vendors process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention

We keep account and operational records as long as the account is active and as needed for legal, billing, or compliance reasons. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing us, subject to records we must keep.

Your choices

You can update profile details in the portal, reply STOP to SMS, or email tnw@developertesting.online to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold.

Children

TNW portals are for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
